Annual Plan Amendment

The Memphis 3.0 Comprehensive Plan is assessed yearly for text and grammatical edits, Future Land Use Planning Map Changes, and the addition of any plans completed during the year.  Plan amendments, or changes, are submitted to the Memphis and Shelby County Land Use Control Board (LUCB) for approval.  Once, approved by the LUCB, the amendment is sent to City Council for final approval.

2022

The application for 2022 Plan amendments was submitted to the Zoning Administrator on December, 20, 2022. The LUCB approved the Plan amendments on February 10, 2023. City Council approved the Plan amendments on March 21, 2023.
