Small area planning is complete in six areas - Highland Heights, Hollywood-Hyde Park, Klondike, Orange Mound, Soulsville, and South City. Our office is busy finalizing the plans for public release. As part of the Accelerate Memphis – Invest in Neighborhoods initiative, each area will benefit from $4 million in public infrastructure investments guided by their small area plans! Three additional small planning areas will receive $4 million in funding towards implementation as well – Raleigh, Whitehaven, and Oakhaven. Small area plans for Raleigh and Whitehaven were completed in 2019. Public comments are still being received for final design concepts in Oakhaven.
Accelerate Memphis is funded by $200 million in bonds to implement transformative community projects in every neighborhood and every Council district. Accelerate Memphis will activate Memphis 3.0 through $75 million in neighborhood improvements. Examples of projects underway in Whitehaven include upgraded crosswalks at Elvis Presley & Raines and a new park with a water feature at Whitehaven Plaza. Survey work is also underway at other locations in preparation of implementation projects.

I found Drive Mad to be one of those browser games that's easy to start but difficult to put down. Every failed attempt makes me want to try again.
The commitment to investing directly in neighborhoods rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach is impressive. Every community has unique needs, and recognizing those differences is just as important as understanding different player roles in Among Us Online when working toward a common objective.
it's encouraging to see the detailed small area planning for these memphis neighborhoods. the focus on specific infrastructure investments, guided by local plans, seems like a practical approach. i'm particularly interested in how the finalized plans for areas like highland heights and orange mound will translate into tangible improvements. the link to the consultant's blog post provides useful background on the planning process itself.
