Congratulations to everyone involved in Memphis 3.0 on receiving the 2021 CNU Charter Award—it's a well-earned recognition of the vision, collaboration, and community engagement behind the project. I really appreciate how the plan focuses on creating stronger, more walkable neighbourhoods while encouraging investment in existing communities rather than continued outward expansion.
