How to read this map: All parcels within a bounded area are a part of the same zone, labeled with a bold code within that boundary. If a parcel is colored in, it means that the proposed zoning is different than the existing zoning. The color used is the underlying Proposed Future Land Use.

Workshop 3 - Zoning
During Workshop 2, resident feedback painted a very clear picture for how you want us to think about the neighborhoods and places that make up Frayser. The challenge was that the clear thoughts on businesses, housing, and bike lanes didn't match the Future Land Use Map that our notes say was approved. That made it challenging to make zoning recommendations, because it was difficult to find compromise between those two competing ideas. In an effort to clarify what residents wanted, our team prepared multiple Future Land Use and Zoning scenarios for residents to evaluate at Workshop 3.
